Tallinn's medieval town:

Tallinn Town Hall is very well preserved it was built at the beginning of the 13th century.

Town Hall square has been the market place for centuries. It is also used as a celebration place. In summer, it is full of outdoor cafes and concerts. This is where medieval and Christmas markets take place.

The Great Guild Hall was built in 1407 to 1417. It used to be the place of meeting for merchants. Its size is a testimony to the wealth of the guild's merchants.

Tallinn features a lot of museums including the Estonian museum of applied art and design, the Estonian Theatre and Music Museum and the Kumu art museum.
